Tip #8 - Stupid Cellulite!: Here's how to fix it

Cellulite is genetic but poor circulation can also increase the look of it. When blood flows slowly, the collagen separates and allows the fat to come to the surface, giving it that dimpled effect.

So, it is wise to get your blood flowing, massage your trouble spots whilst applying your anti-cellulite formula. What an easy way to get the job done.

Maybe you can try this citrus ingredient gel-cream from the body shop that comes with a massage applicator.

Here are the steps to smoother skin:
1. Exfoliate your trouble spots
2. Slather on the serum

3. Rub on the retinol and caffeine-filled lotion that helps build collagen to strengthen and tighten skin.

Tip # 7 - Never Take A Bad Picture Again

Master a Signature Smile: Practice in front of a mirror it will help you to visual what you look like when you do certain things. Once you found you most alluring option, practice getting it right. Take a breath, exhale, relax your face and smile pretty. A wide grin radiates a sense of warmth but for a sexier look something smaller and mysterious will do just fine.

Let your hair shine: Dig your fingers into your crown to scrunch your hair right before the picture is taken. This is actually a well used model trick that makes your hair look thicker, flowing and beautiful.

Outdoor: Blue skies, softer light, the defused light of an overcast day is actually ideal for photography. This brightens and even out skin tones.

Don't face the camera straight: Facing the camera straight is not flattering. Angle your self to the camera, place a leg out, and or a hip out. This lifts your physique and highlights your better parts.

Check your makeup: making sure your skin is not too oily and even splash on a little blush.
